FAQ

No Short-term rentals - We are a long-term park and book only monthly reservations.

Pets - Due to insurance requirements, we only allow non-aggressive dog breeds. Proof of vaccination is required for all pets in the park. 

Bathhouse- We do not have a bathhouse, because of this, we cannot allow RV's without bathrooms or tent camping.

Subleasing - We do not allow occupants to sublease their sites.

Security - We take your security and safety very serious. Both the entrance and exit of the campground are gated. A key code is required to obtain access. The park is monitored on and off site by 24/7 video surveillance. Background checks are performed on all occupants.

RV age - If your RV is older than 10 years it will need to be seen and approved.

RV Type - We generally only allow RVs which are manufactured as RVs. No RV conversions will be allowed without prior inspection and approval.

Mail - Mail may be sent to the campground during your stay. Please use the campground address; the mail must be addressed to a registered guest. Any mail received after you depart will be returned to its sender.

Electricity - Each site is equipped with its own electric meter to allow you to monitor your electricity usage. You will be billed at the end of each month for your electricity usage.

Reservation Deposit - A $100 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. This deposit will turn into your electrical deposit once you check in and will be applied to your last electric bill with us. A 30-day notice is required prior to moving out to avoid being responsible for the next month's rent.
