Rates

All sites are $950 per month plus electricity. 

Monthly rates include: Water, Sewer, Cable and Wi-Fi Access. 30/50 amp hookups available at each site. 

Electricity is $0.14/kWh and is billed at the end of each month. 

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking to reserve your site. At check in this deposit becomes your electrical deposit and will apply to your final month's electric bill.
