Rates

All sites are $950 per month. 

Monthly rates include: Water, Sewer, Cable and Wi-Fi Access. 20/30/50 amp hookups available at each site. 

Electricity is billed at the end of each month. 

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking to reserve your site.
